Aşkale Cement Group carries out studies to meet the human resource needs in line with its strategic plans and targets. Candidate employees are evaluated with the principle of parity and meticulously carries out the selection and placement processes prepared by experts in line with the human resources policy. Aşkale Cement Group aims to provide a qualified internship experience for vocational high school, university third and fourth year students and new graduates.

Our internship process includes many different activities within a specific program. Within the Aşkale Cement Group, the interns are prepared for business life as conscious individuals who take responsibility for their own career and development.
