Aşkale Cement Group provides services at international standards with the management systems it has created in the fields of quality, environment, occupational health and safety, as well as energy. For Aşkale Cement Group, which has a wide range of services from export to port services, pre-sales and after-sales support , the needs of its customers are always at the focal point.

Export

Aşkale Cement Group produces cement/clinker from 7 factories, 5 of which are integrated , in Turkey. It exports cement and clinker from its Kavçim and Sançim factories to the Black Sea, Europe, West Africa, Latin America and America by sea, and from Trabzon, Gümüşhane, Aşkale factories and Hopa terminal to Georgia by road. Samsun, Trabzon and Gemlik ports are used in seaway exports. Export operations are carried out with the fastest loading rates, without compromising product and service quality, by prioritizing customer expectations. Among the export products of Aşkale Cement Group;

  • CEM I 52.5N
  • CM II / AL 42.5R
  • CEM IV / BP 32.5R - SR
  • Clinker is included.

In line with customer preference and market requirement, Sulphate Resistant (SRC- Sulphate Resisting Cement ), Low Alkali ( Low Alkaline Cement ) and Low Chromium ( CrVI - Low Chromium Cement ) cement special productions are also made.

Askale
Technical

Our Aşkale Technical Services team and laboratories, which we have established as Aşkale Çimento, follow the pre-sales and post-sales performances of our products and the compatibility of the components in our sales regions, and provide recommendations that will create added value to our customers. 

Fresh concrete tests, hardened concrete tests, aggregate tests, additive performance tests and recipe optimization studies are carried out in our ready mixed concrete laboratory within Aşkale Teknik. In addition, our customers' quality personnel are given hands-on training in every subject they need in our laboratories.

Port
Services

Hopa Port Filling Facility, which has strategic importance for Aşkale Cement, is seen as an important milestone in strengthening its market share. 

There are 5 silos, each of which has a capacity of 1,400 tons, and 2 pouring lines capable of loading 150 tons per hour at the facility, which provides cement and ash storage facility.

Waste
Management

Aşkale Cement Group works to recycle the waste generated in its factories and facilities into the economy and to ensure energy recovery without harming the environment. In this context, by obtaining "Waste Incineration and Co-incineration Permits", energy recovery is obtained from the collected wastes and savings are achieved from the use of fossil fuel (coal). On the other hand, the use of alternative raw materials contributes to nature by eliminating wastes from other industries.
